About IDEAS¶
The Inscopix Data Exploration, Analysis, and Sharing (IDEAS) platform is a comprehensive cloud-based solution for organizing and analyzing miniscope, 2-photon, and behavior data:
- Organize, visualize, annotate, and store your data on a cloud-platform
- Batch process and analyze data using workflows such as end-to-end CNMFe (including steps from preprocessing all the way to cell identification)
- Quickly gain insights from your data using a variety of analytical tools (e.g., use peri-event analysis to quantify signal changes around a specified time window).
New Features¶
New Inscopix Tools
- Enhanced features and tools for processing multiplane nVista 2P movies
- Upon file upload, IDEAS will automatically detect multiplane data and extract related metadata.
- The preprocessing tool will de-interleave multiplane movies so they may be used for downstream processing.
New Platform Features
Introducing Custom Tools! If you have code specific to your lab and experimental design, you may upload it to IDEAS as a custom tool to use within your projects and share across your organization.
See the Release Notes for a complete list of all the latest features and bug fixes.
